Original1 has begun business operations on February 1. Established to deliver unique product authentication and anti-counterfeiting services across the globe, Original1 is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and headed by Claudia Alsdorf, former vice president of SAP Research. The plan to form Original1 was initially announced on October 27, 2009.
