Digital News Report – Southern California was rocked today by a 7.2 magnitude earthquake with an epicenter located less than 100 miles south of the Mexican border.
The earthquake was centered south of Mexicali and east of Tijuana near the Sea of Cortez. Scientists from Cal Tech believe the Laguna Saldada fault slipped and ruptured in two directions; north and south. There have been numerous aftershocks since the original quake, which struck at 3:44 PM PST.
The tumbler was felt throughout southern California.

i talk to my family in mexicali they said that all there houses are flooded and they need help theres no electricity and no water. the authorities are not helping they need someone to go and help with food and water and transportation because its not a save place to be, at this point the earthquake can still be felt.
