Digital News Report – Many Americans are finding it hard to acquire a credit card, especially if they have poor or bad credit. Young people without any credit history can also find it difficult to obtain a real credit card, not just a debit bank card.
The new credit card regulations have made it especially difficult for bad-credit borrowers to receive a card. It is difficult to rent a car or hotel without a credit card. Businesses may require a second identification and this could solve that problem too.
There are solutions. There are good credit cards for bad credit. Even people with poor or bad or no credit can get help with secured cards.
The new Public Savings Bank Secured First Visa® Card is a real credit card. Cardholders do not need a checking account. You don’t need an established credit history to get the card.
The bank is offering a special. For the first six months the APR is “ZERO” percent. There are no annual or monthly fees.
Customers can establish a good credit record by paying the card off on time. Since the bank reports payments to the credit reporting bureaus, customers with bad credit can improve their score. Customers without a credit history can begin building one.
The interest rate is low too. The APR is only 11.24 percent on purchases after 6 months.
Capital One and other banks offer similar cards.
