Digital News Report – There are many types of credit cards with various options, terms and rewards. Capital One and Chase both offer very popular cards with attractive terms.
Low Interest Rate Cards
The SlateSM from Chase has no annual fee and zero percent interest for 18 months. This is a great card to transfer other card balances to. After 18 months the rate is variable starting at 11.24%.
The Capital One® Platinum Prestige Credit Card is a great low-interest credit card. The card offers a 0% intro APR rate until May 2012 on balance transfers. They also offer no-interest until May 2012.
Business Cards
The SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express OPEN is a good card for business owners. The card offers 5% cash back on wireless services and office supply purchases. There is no annual fee.
Cash Back Cards
The Chase Freedom® Visa offers $150 Bonus Cash Back after your first $500 in purchases. You will need to do this within the first three months. The card offers cash-back on purchases throughout the year. The discount will vary according type of merchant. Currently Rite Aid and other drugs stores qualify of the discount. Each quarter a new set of merchant in specific categories are involved in the program.
