If you do not have promo code, you can still get 15% off just by using your Kohl’s Charge Card. If you apply online during this event to get a Kohl’s credit card and you get a 10% off bonus discount and 15% off automatically if you order between the 2/13/13 through 2/20/13. The 10% off and 15% off cannot be used on the same order. Kohl’s Charge card is subject to approval.
