Digital News Report – Discover Credit Card customer service received top honors by Service Quality Measurement Group (SQM) which is a benchmarking company used by over 450 call centers in North America.
The SQM award for Highest Customer Satisfaction for the Credit Card Industry was given to Discover because of 400 random telephone surveys with cardholders completed after two days of contacting Discover for a problem. The SQM assessed the customer’s satisfaction, if the problem was resolved, and the overall experience with the customer service representative.
Discover received their award at SQM’s annual Summit/Awards Ceremony on November 18th in Toronto.
